According to the specific requirements as made by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Land Resources in terms of law enforcement and supervision, such highlight modules as 12366 petition, law enforcement and supervision in mining, the Zhejiang Integrated Land & Resources Enforcement and Supervision Management System mobile enforcement via tablet PC, etc. Based on this, secondary development is conducted to the Enforcement and Supervision Dynamic Monitoring Platform for the Wenzhou Land and Resources Bureau to expend six sub-systems including response to complaints and reconsideration, etc. and realize scientific management. 

Depending on location characteristics, the Xinjiang Online Unlawful Land & Resources Act Inquiry System integrates existing land survey data collected for the second time, latest remote-sensing dynamic monitoring result data, digital orthoimage and databases for land and construction area approval. It can help departmental level leaders and law enforcers understand unlawful land use, review unlawful act records, summarize and analyze law enforcement and supervision data timely and effectively. It implement the success in Xinjiang admirably for the first time.
