    Hu Xiaoli


    Graduated from Tianjin University of Science and Technology in July 2010, and majoring in Computer Science and Technology. She joined KOTEI in May 2011. From May 2012 to January 2014, I participated in trust evaluation work for Japanese customers.




    During my stay at clients’ sites, I saw not only how they strategically value quality, but how they plan, do, check and act during the product development process, quality monitoring process and quality assurance process. In addition, their workplace culture of earnestness, insistence, and dedication reflected in their daily work also posed a deep impact on me. Absorbing their culture has improved my ideological awareness while technical accumulation has decided how high I can stand subsequently and how fast I can learn in other business. In my personal opinion, overseas business trips are the best fast track for career promotion. I suggest all of you go out to experience and learn more if you have the chance.

    Sun Hao


    Graduated from Wuhan University in In July 2017, majoring in surveying and mapping engineering. In March 2018, he joined the Nissan Division of KOTEI and participated in the map data compilation project. In March 2019, he went to Japan and participated in the project of Nissan AD2 Mobility Evaluation Tool Development.



    A new journey always comes with new challenges. I felt unprecedented pressure when being confronted with new knowledge structures, complicated business systems and ever-changing client demands. Fortunately, the elaborate guidance from predecessors allowed me to blend into the team swiftly and contribute my strength, shedding light on me how difficult they have been all the way here. It is the belief of client first that makes them experts of their own specialties after coming under so much. Standing on the shoulder of giants, I felt strongly devoid of competence and experience. With so many opportunities and challenged presented to me, I hope I can reasonably use existing resources to help the team improve its core competitiveness. The road ahead is still long, but I will never give up marching forward.
