On the afternoon of February 4th , the leaders from Wuhan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the the Organization Department of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone pay a visit and officially awarded the plaque to KOTEI that had been selected as one of the first "Wuhan Post-doctorate Innovation Practice Base". 

Wuhan Post-doctorate Innovation Practice Base is approved by Wuhan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and established in enterprises and public institutions or organizations with certain scientific research qualifications. The base conduct scientific research, technology development and achievement transformation in joint efforts with post-doctorate mobile research centers and post-doctorate researchers. A total of 18 units have been selected as the first batch this time, all of which have gathered cutting-edge R&D and application talents in each industry, having obtained sound demonstrative and driving benefits in achievement transformation. 

The establishment of the post-doctorate innovation practice base, is a full demonstration of KOTEI's comprehensive strength regarding both hardware and software. It will further improve our independent innovation capability, enhancing our market brand and competitive power in service. 

KOTEI will also unceasingly intensify its efforts in talent introduction, accelerate the in-depth combination of "production, learning, study and application", thus providing positive talent support and intelligence safeguard for relevant industrial development at municipal and provincial levels.
